Win7Game Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Win7Game website located at win7game.ws and all services provided through it, including sports betting, crash games, esports betting, virtual sports, and any promotions offered on the platform. By registering an account at Win7Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Win7Game is operated as an online betting and gaming platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Win7Game. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all registered players at Win7Game regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access the platform. To use the betting and gaming services offered by Win7Game, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active Win7Game account. • Account ownership: Your Win7Game account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account. Bets placed from your account are your responsibility regardless of who placed them.
• Account verification: Win7Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. Verified accounts enjoy faster processing and are protected against unauthorised access.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Win7Game login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method you have enabled on your account.

Win7Game strongly recommends the following security practices for all Pakistani players:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never share your Win7Game login credentials with another person.

Win7Game will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

Win7Game processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. All deposits and withdrawals are conducted through payment methods that are available and commonly used by Pakistani players.

Accepted deposit methods at Win7Game include:

• Easypaisa (instant processing)
• JazzCash (instant processing)
• NayaPay (instant processing)
• SadaPay (fast processing)
• IBFT bank transfer (same business day)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards (instant processing)

The minimum deposit at Win7Game is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit published, though Win7Game may apply limits at the account level based on verification status. Win7Game does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Third-party fees charged by your bank or wallet provider are outside Win7Game's control.

Deposits are credited to your Win7Game account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. In rare cases of technical delays, please contact Win7Game support with your transaction reference number for resolution.

All funds deposited into your Win7Game account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

Win7Game operates a sports betting platform covering cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, basketball, esports, and more than 30 other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed at Win7Game:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is confirmed only once you have received an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your bet history. Do not assume a bet has been placed until this confirmation is visible.
• Odds changes: Odds may change between the time you select them and the time you confirm your bet, particularly during live in-play markets. Win7Game will notify you if odds have changed before you confirm, and you may choose to accept or reject the updated price.
• Minimum stake: The minimum bet stake at Win7Game is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and event and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Results: All sports betting results at Win7Game are based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or league. Win7Game's decision on the final result is final once confirmed.

Void bets: A bet may be declared void (cancelled and stake returned) under the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant betting market is concluded.
• A clear and obvious pricing error occurred when the odds were set (Win7Game reserves the right to void bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds).
• There is evidence of match manipulation or corruption involving the event in question.
• Technical failure on the Win7Game platform prevented the bet from being placed correctly.

When a bet is voided, the full stake is returned to your Win7Game account balance. Void selections in accumulators reduce the number of legs — a 4-fold accumulator with one void selection becomes a 3-fold.

Win7Game offers a range of promotional bonuses to Pakistani players, including a welcome bonus of up to Rs 50,000 on the first qualifying deposit, weekly reload bonuses, PSL and cricket tournament specials, accumulator boosts, and the refer-a-friend programme. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless individual promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses at Win7Game are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (or the deposit plus bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion) must be staked a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible markets: Wagering requirements can be met through sports betting, crash games, esports, and virtual sports. Some specific promotions may restrict eligible markets — check individual terms for each offer.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active in your Win7Game account at a time. You cannot stack multiple welcome or deposit bonuses simultaneously.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or have wagering requirements not met within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account without notice.
• Bonus abuse: Win7Game reserves the right to remove bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing bets that hedge between bonus and non-bonus accounts, or exploiting pricing errors to generate guaranteed bonus profit.
• Maximum bet from bonus funds: While a bonus is active in your Win7Game account, the maximum stake per bet that counts towards wagering is Rs 5,000 unless the specific promotion states a different limit.

Win7Game processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals are available via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard card.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from Win7Game:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Wagering requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal of bonus-funded winnings can be processed. Real-money balance (from direct deposits with no associated bonus) can be withdrawn at any time.
• Verification: Win7Game may request identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts. Providing requested documents promptly avoids delays.

• Auto-cashout: If you set an auto-cashout target and the connection is interrupted, the auto-cashout instruction is stored server-side and will execute at your target multiplier if it is reached before the crash. If no auto-cashout was set and you lose connection before cashing out manually, the round resolves according to the actual crash point and no refund will be issued for a failure to cash out.

• Using a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment method for any transaction at Win7Game.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access Win7Game services.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or pricing anomalies on the Win7Game platform.
• Coordinating with other players or using insider information to gain an unfair advantage on sports or crash game markets.
• Attempting to launder money through the Win7Game platform. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported as required by applicable regulations.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Win7Game staff or other players through any communication channel.

Win7Game monitors account activity continuously. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed with balances forfeited if fraud is confirmed.

Win7Game reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the stated timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Evidence of problem gambling where Win7Game deems closure to be in the player's best interest under its responsible gaming obligations.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure procedure, with notice given to the registered email address before any action is taken).

If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed. If closure is for any other reason, Win7Game will return your remaining real-money balance via your most recently used payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

You may close your own Win7Game account at any time by contacting support@win7game.ws. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Win7Game provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure the service is available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors including but not limited to scheduled maintenance, third-party system outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

Win7Game is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet connectivity problems on your side during a live bet or crash game round.
• Losses resulting from your failure to set an auto-cashout in a crash game when your connection is unstable.
• Third-party payment provider delays that are outside Win7Game's direct control.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind arising from use of the Win7Game platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits Win7Game's liability for fraud by Win7Game, death or personal injury caused by Win7Game's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Win7Game collects and processes personal data from Pakistani players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account at Win7Game, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Win7Game does not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketing companies. Your data is used solely for account management, payment processing, customer support, responsible gaming monitoring, and fraud prevention purposes.

All data stored by Win7Game is protected using industry-standard encryption. Players have the right to request a copy of their data or request deletion of their account data (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting support@win7game.ws.

Win7Game reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
